Depth-to-Sound Navigation Aid

I’m Felix, based in Stockholm. I’ve worked in sales, customer service and operations, and I’ve always been drawn to finding better ways of doing things. These days, that often means building software, experimenting with AI, or figuring out how to make a messy process work a little better.
A few projects I’ve built, from tools inspired by problems I’ve encountered at work to experiments I wanted to see through.

A customer service platform built around live AI assistance for agents and automatic call analysis for team leads. Inspired by problems I’ve seen firsthand while working in customer service.
I’ve always been interested in how businesses work, how people make decisions, and why some processes are much harder than they need to be.
I started out in sales at Zensum and Axo Finans, working directly with private customers looking to refinance their loans. Over time, I also took on coaching responsibilities and helped develop the way the teams worked. Across the two roles, I brokered more than 30M NOK in refinancing and helped customers save over 5M NOK in interest.
At Gimlit, I moved closer to business development, working with sales processes, reporting and go-to-market activities across B2B and B2C. Later, at Instabox, I worked with major European brands including Vinted and Swatch, helping coordinate their relationships with the business.
My time at Instabee brought together a lot of those interests. I started in customer service and moved into a role leading CX and Quality Assurance Analytics within a year. I worked on using data and AI to analyse customer conversations and calls at scale, turning recurring problems and patterns into something product and operations teams could act on.
I’ve also spent a lot of time building outside my day job. At 18, I founded Enqelt, an AI chatbot startup that went from an idea to paying customers within months. I’ve been involved in the Swedish UF ecosystem as well, including chairing its largest alumni network.
The common thread is that I like understanding how things work, finding what could be improved, and then doing something about it. Sometimes that’s a process, sometimes it’s a product, and sometimes it’s an entirely new idea.
